The PDIC invites you to submit a quotation for the items stated below:

Description Approved Budget of Contract (inclusive of all applicable taxes)
-1 lot- Supply of labor, tools and materials for the one (1) year Pest Control Services Contract for the PDIC Ayala Leased offices, Chino Roces Bldg., and Taguig Warehouse P334,800.00
Note: Please see attached Terms of Reference (TOR)

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Current/valid DTI/SEC Registration;
  2. Current/valid Mayor's/Business Permit; and
  3. PHILGEPS Registration Certificate or
    PHILGEPS registration confirmation thru email (hard copy), as applicable

Terms and conditions

1. Terms of payment
: Payment will be made after the delivery of items through check. There is a penalty of 1/10 of 1% for every day of delay.
2. Period of delivery
: To be completed within five (5) calendar days reckoned upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed
